VISC League & Championship Information

   VANCOUVER ISLAND SPORTING CLAYS  2024 LEAGUE CHAMPIONSHIP

  Dorman Range is hosting the VISC Championships on May 25 / 26, 2024.  

It is important that all participants register for this shoot by May 21st so we can establish classes, plan the meals and reserve camping spots.  

There are 3 ways to register:  1. the CNSCA site.  2. Email Paige at paige9082@live.ca.  3. In person at the Sporting Clays shoot on April 27th.  Remember to list all of the items (targets, meals, and camping sites) that you want.

Shooters who have not joined VISC may shoot this event in Hunter class.  Hunter class shooters will not be eligible for trophies and prizes but may participate in the Saturday and Sunday "games" and in the raffles.  There will be a limit of one prize per VISC shooter.


Saturday morning sign-up will start at 8:45.
Safety meeting will be at 9:45
Shooting will start at 10:00


The VISC Championships is a 200 target event.  100 targets will be presented on Saturday and 100 targets will be presented on Sunday.  There will be a number of fun games after the shoots on both Saturday and Sunday.  We will be holding a 3-bird event so bring your pumps and autos.  For those with double guns we will have 2-man teams to shoot their version of the game.


We have 15 camping sites that must be reserved so send your reservation in early.  This is dry camping but the washrooms will be open. You are welcome to arrive on Friday afternoon.  Remember to sign up for breakfast!!

Prices for the 2024 VISC Championships are as follows:

200 targets plus 2 breakfasts, 2 lunches and Saturday dinner  $200

200 targets only - $150  (juniors 16 and under $75)

Saturday breakfast - $10

Saturday lunch - $10

Saturday dinner - (BBQ porchetta by Andy) - $20

Sunday breakfast - $10

Saturday lunch - $10

12g and 20g ammo available - $15 per box (juniors 16 and under $12.50)
